V by Crown

V by Crown is a transformational project combining thoughtful apartment design, heritage conservation and high amenities for luxury urban living.

At street-level, V by Crown presents as a luxury hotel-style lobby to its residential and serviced apartments, while a sleek 30-storey glass tower above contains 595 residences, designed to optimise natural light and space.


Communal amenities include the lavish Level 2 clubhouse with swimming pool, gymnasium, library and media rooms, with landscaped pockets and a rooftop garden offer residents a variety of green space and spectacular views.  


The site has heritage significance for its colonial history, and four convict huts (circa 1790s) have been preserved here in situ. The building also seeks to unite nearby Parramatta Heritage Parklands and the 200-year-old St John’s Church, to create a unique sense of place in central Parramatta — a place where old meets new.
